Returns and Refunds
Any items can be returned for a full refund (excluding any postage costs) as long as the item is intact and undamaged. To apply for a refund or exchange, please complete our Returns Form. By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven (7) working days after the delivery date.
Delivery Policy
Items will be processed and shipped within two or three working days of your order being received. Please allow an additional seven (7) days for your items to arrive. If, after 21 days, your items still have not arrived, please email us and we will be happy to re-send a replacement item, or arrange a refund.
Cancellations
You are able to cancel an open order at any time. An open order is one that has not yet been shipped, once an item has been shipped you will have to fill out a Returns Form.
General Terms & Conditions
In this agreement, we are Urban Dubz (http://www.urbandubz.com) of P.O Box 12275, Birmingham, B23 3AB, United Kingdom and you are the person detailed on the Order Forms. Our agreement is made on the date we deduct payment from your credit / debit card, the details of which you provided on the order form. Our agreement includes all correspondence from us to you and the descriptions of the goods as provided by us on our Website.
The terms of this, Our Agreement with You, shall govern our contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions. Any typographical, clerical, or other error or omission in any sales literature, price list, acceptance of offer, or other document issued by us is subject to amendment. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your Order and the details provided in your Order Form.
We shall not be liable to you, or be deemed in breach of this Agreement by failing to perform our obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control - this includes: Acts of God, explosions, flooding, fire, accident, outbreak of War, government embargoes, import / export regulations, strikes or other industrial actions, power failure or breakdown of machinery.
Use of IP Addresses
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and administer our Website. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information.
